NhaCuaCali provides home-buying technology, educational resources, lead and request management, communication tools, professional connections, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). NhaCuaCali helps consumers understand buying power, explore homes, get pre-approved, request showings, prepare offer terms, and connect with real estate, mortgage, insurance, and other professionals.

This Privacy Policy describes how information may be collected, used, disclosed, and protected when people interact with NhaCuaCali, including through the website, mobile applications, and related tools.

Information You Provide. You may provide information such as:

• Name, email address, and telephone number
• Preferred contact language and communication preferences/permissions
• Account and profile information
• Home-buying preferences, including first-time buyer status, preferred locations, and property interests
• Saved properties and showing requests
• Offer-related information submitted through Build My Offer
• Professional-help requests and Open House check-in information
• Messages submitted through NhaCuaCali messaging or Ask NhaCuaCali

• Professional applicant information for professionals seeking to join the NhaCuaCali network

Home-Buying Activity. NhaCuaCali may maintain information about your progress through features such as Buying Power, Pre-Approval, Explore Homes, Showing, Offer, and Buy. This may include estimated buying power ranges, saved homes, showing statuses, and offer proposal terms you have prepared.

NhaCuaCali is not designed to store mortgage documents, Social Security numbers, bank passwords, tax returns, or other highly sensitive financial documents. Mortgage applications and financial documentation are handled by licensed mortgage professionals through their own secure systems outside of NhaCuaCali.

Automatically Collected Information. NhaCuaCali may automatically collect:

• Coarse device type (mobile, tablet, desktop, or other), operating system family, and browser family derived from ordinary request information such as the browser user-agent string. NhaCuaCali does not use device fingerprinting (no canvas, fonts, WebGL, hardware IDs, audio, or similar fingerprinting signals).
• Approximate country derived from network information (such as a Cloudflare country header associated with the request). This is an approximate, network-level location and is not GPS-based. NhaCuaCali does not request browser geolocation or GPS permission as part of normal browsing or lead capture, and does not collect precise latitude/longitude.
• IP address may be processed transiently on the server for security and network purposes where necessary (for example, to derive approximate country). NhaCuaCali does not intentionally persist raw IP addresses in visitor, lead, funnel-event, or buying-power records.
• Pages and features visited
• Referral URL and landing page
• Timestamps of visits and actions
• Cookies or similar technologies where applicable
• Campaign and UTM attribution parameters
• Basic usage and security logs

Information may be used to:

• Provide requested NhaCuaCali functionality
• Respond to questions and requests
• Create and manage accounts
• Save user progress through the home-buying journey
• Connect consumers with authorized professionals when requested or appropriate

When a consumer requests assistance or is appropriately connected with a Professional, relevant information may be made available to authorized real estate professionals, mortgage professionals, insurance professionals, or other appropriate professionals according to the service requested and applicable permissions.

Simply visiting NhaCuaCali or submitting a general request does not automatically create a professional-client relationship. A professional-client relationship arises through appropriate agreements, consents, and applicable law.

Users should disclose when they are already working with a real estate agent or other professional where relevant. NhaCuaCali seeks to respect existing professional relationships and applicable agreements, and will not intentionally assign a competing NhaCuaCali professional when a user has indicated they already have representation.

Users may choose permitted communication channels such as email, phone call, and text/SMS. Where NhaCuaCali records communication preferences, those preferences should be respected.

Accepting this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use does not automatically provide consent to receive marketing SMS or other promotional messages. Marketing consent is separate and requires affirmative opt-in where applicable.

NhaCuaCali may use service providers for functions such as hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, authentication, communications, security, and analytics. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for NhaCuaCali, subject to applicable agreements and obligations.

NhaCuaCali may maintain business records concerning how a lead entered the platform, original acquisition source, Open House attendance, professional assignment, requested services, journey activity, and transaction progression. These records help NhaCuaCali operate its services and measure lead and platform performance.

NhaCuaCali's rights in its CRM structure, analytics, and business records do not eliminate consumers' rights concerning their personal information under applicable law.

NhaCuaCali may share information in appropriate circumstances, including with:

• Authorized Professionals connected to assist a consumer
• Service providers performing functions on NhaCuaCali's behalf
• Legal and compliance requests where legally required or appropriate
• Security and fraud prevention matters

NhaCuaCali is specifically designed to connect consumers with Professionals. NhaCuaCali does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.

NhaCuaCali uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no internet or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, security, and fulfilling legal or compliance obligations. NhaCuaCali has not adopted a single fixed retention period for all data types; retention depends on the type of information and applicable requirements.

For clarity, raw IP addresses are not intentionally persisted in visitor, lead, funnel-event, or buying-power records; an IP address may be processed transiently on the server to derive approximate country or for security/network purposes and is then discarded. Only the derived coarse device type and approximate country are retained.

Account holders may be able to:

• Update certain profile and contact information
• Modify communication preferences
• Request account deletion through available account functionality

Certain records may need to be retained where legally permitted or required, even after account deletion is requested.
